The irony of it all when a company is selling you thousands of books on mobile UX/UI and it cant even fix its own app.

Not sure what all of he complaints are about. Works great for me. I can read, save to offline book bag. What else are people expecting? I would recommend that the team set by default the option to scroll the page instead of swiping. I think some people dont know about that feature and get frustrated.
Its not amazing but it does exactly what I want it to do to read on the go.
Works okay for basic reading, and very useful as such. But lacks the highlighting and note taking features provided in the browser version - both of which are invaluable and essential when reading technical material. This is a huge lack of useful capabilities.
Gives "processing error" every time I try to login.
Can’t highlight text on iPad app like I can on the browser.
Beyond the myriad technical issues, no new major features have been added to this app in literally years. I have been waiting since 2012 for the ability to highlight and take notes in the mobile app, which was apparently only added in the new Safari Queue app. Its a slap in the face to longtime customers and a complete disgrace for Safari to abandon active development on this app.
Pros: None Cons: Everything
On the latest app, the login form scrolls off the top of the screen. The functionality is basic, it allows me to read books. But it feels like they tried to repurpose their web functionality for the mobile product to only limited success.
Better test next time. Apple please add an option to revert a version of app.
Unable to sign in because username box scrolls off the screen when keyboard is active. Way to go!
Portions of too many books are completely inaccessible because as soon as you flip to the next page it crashes. Tried clearing cache, logging out/in, restarting app, restarting iPad. Youll note their version history is way out of date as well.
App is jacked. Go to log in and it is off the screen. Logged in and it crashed right away.
The username field scrolls off the screen. No way to login. How did this ever get released?
As other reviewers have noted, just attempting to login causes the page to scroll the fields off-screen. This "app" should be pulled from the store immediately.
That I can read what I need to. But there are some major flaws.
This is one of the worst apps Ive ever seen. Does not work! I wonder how many H1Bs they had to hire to build this app.
White screen crash and same login issues as others have described. Dont bother downloading.
So it fails being even marginally usable.
Ive had good luck with this app on my iPhone & iPad. It keeps track of where I left off to easily resume. Ive had no major issues with it.
